Jaren Claveria
Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Jaren brings over five years of experience in private banking and high-level business leadership, giving him a sharp understanding of financial systems, client relationships, and what it truly takes to deliver quality construction services. His background in private banking instilled a discipline for precision, discretion, and delivering results — qualities that now define the standard at Claveria Holdings.
Outside of work, Jaren is an avid traveler and enjoys seeing the culture and diversity the world has to offer. He is an avid collector of high-end watches, appreciating the craftsmanship and history behind every timepiece. He also has a deep love for vintage Porsche — drawn to the elegance and engineering of a bygone era. He treasures time spent with friends and family, and is a proud and enthusiastic parrot lover. His bird is practically an honorary member of the team.
Kimberly Hernandez
Managing Partner
Kimberly brings seven years of experience in bank management to the team, with a strong foundation in operational leadership, compliance, and financial strategy. Her management background means she approaches every project with structure, clarity, and a results-first mindset. Kim understands the financial pressures that property owners face — and she knows how to help navigate them while delivering quality construction outcomes.
Kim has a genuine love for travel and is always planning her next adventure — exploring new places keeps her inspired and grounded. She is a devoted foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and savoring every experience a city has to offer. That same warmth and commitment she brings to her personal life carries into every client relationship she builds.
