Jaren brings over five years of experience in private banking and high-level business networking, giving him a sharp understanding of financial systems, client relationships, and what it truly takes to help businesses grow. His background in private banking instilled a discipline for precision, discretion, and delivering results — qualities that now define the standard at Claveria Holdings.
Outside of work, Jaren is passionate about exploring the world — he is an avid traveler who finds that experiencing new cultures deepens his perspective on business and people. He treasures time spent with friends and family, and is a proud and enthusiastic parrot lover. His birds are practically honorary members of the team.
Kimberly Hernandes
Partner
Kimberly brings seven years of experience in bank management to the team, with a strong foundation in operational leadership, compliance, and financial strategy. Her management background means she approaches every client engagement with structure, clarity, and a results-first mindset. Kim understands the financial pressures that small business owners face — and she knows how to help navigate them.
Kim values connection above all else. She loves spending quality time with friends and family, and enjoys going out to explore new restaurants, events, and experiences. Her love of travel keeps her curious and energized, and she brings that same enthusiasm to everything she does for our clients.
